Treatment begins with an initial 90 minute consultation following the completion of the intake paperwork. During this session, we will determine whether or not KAP is an appropriate treatment. If we decide to move forward with KAP, there will be a medical evaluation with my collaborating physician. Evaluation fees are determined by the physician; we will discuss this before beginning treatment so you are clear on what to expect. Once you are medically cleared, we will work together to determine the most appropriate treatment plan to meet your unique needs. A typical treatment protocol consists of 1-3 preparation sessions and 4-6 medicine sessions. Each medicine session will be followed by an integration session, 1-2 days later.
Fees:
Initial consultation (90 minutes): $150
Preparation Session (50 minutes): $120
Medication Session (3-4 hours) and Integration Session (50min): ($550)
Additional integration sessions (50 minutes): $120
Insurance: I am not in-network with any insurance companies. I can provide you with a superbill of services provided to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement as an out-of-network benefit. It is your responsibility to determine the benefits of your policy before we start treatment. Please inform me prior to beginning treatment if you will want a superbill of services.
